Recovery and Replacement Policy
At shaaheen Store, we have a flexible terms and conditions of replacement and refund so that you can retrieve any product purchased from the shaaheen store only if the product is damaged or arrived error is not requested within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of your order with simple complication and we will restore you the full value of products undamaged by policy without the value of delivery or taxes and fees Customs, if any, in two ways:
1. By returning the amount to the same bank account of the applicant
2. By adding the value of free purchases to your account on the system.

Terms of recovery and replacement:
- Be sure not to cut or destroy any adhesive paper in the product or in its packaging.
- The product must be returned within 15 days to apply the recovery and replacement policies to your order
- Be sure not to use the product before its retrieval and be in its condition when the request arrives
- You must register the site until the balance is returned to you in the account
