DJI Matrice 400 has an ultra-long flight time of 59 minutes , a payload of up to 6 kg, integrated laser and millimeter-wave radar, which can achieve wire-level obstacle avoidance, and supports O4 industry-enhanced image transmission and aerial image transmission relay, making control more secure and operation easier. Coupled with powerful visible light and thermal imaging model detection, AR projection, ship take-off and landing and other intelligent functions, combined with rich automated operation capabilities, Matrice 400 can stand out in various scenarios such as emergency rescue, power inspection, professional surveying and mapping, and engineering construction.
The Matrice 400 has outstanding flight capabilities. After adding a payload, it can still fly forward for 59 minutes and hover for 53 minutes [6] , making it a reliable helper for long-term continuous operations such as search and rescue, firefighting, and large-scale mapping. It can also avoid large objects such as buildings and mountains at a flight speed of up to 25 meters per second.
The powerful load capacity helps the Matrice 400 easily cope with the needs of various scenarios. The body has 4 external E-Port V2 interfaces [7] , which can simultaneously mount up to 7 loads, with a maximum load of 6 kg [2] . It can freely switch between a single downward gimbal [8] and a dual downward gimbal [8] , and supports a third gimbal component on the belly.
Matrice 400 has an IP55 protection rating [9] , which means it can operate normally even in harsh environments such as dusty or rainy environments. It can also operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C, regardless of extreme cold or heat.
Matrice 400 can detect and count vehicles, ships and other targets through visible light and thermal imaging cameras, and supports switching third-party target detection models to expand more application scenarios. It also supports ultra-clear matrix detection, which can detect up to 1,000 targets in a single photo, easily achieving large-scale target detection, statistics and density analysis; it also has a powerful tracking function, which can flexibly switch between multiple targets.
Matrice 400 supports real-time terrain tracking in any horizontal direction [15] . Real-time terrain tracking can be enabled during manual flight and route operations to maintain a stable relative altitude to the ground. During large-scale search and rescue operations, the size of ground targets in the remote control screen can be kept consistent, reducing zoom operations and improving search and rescue efficiency; during surveying and mapping operations, the ground GSD resolution can be ensured to be consistent, obtaining high-precision mapping data.
In response to the needs of water operations such as offshore wind turbine inspections and maritime inspections, Matrice 400 has added a ship take-off and landing function, which supports static ship take-off and dynamic ship landing. It can recognize the landing point pattern on the ship board and land safely.
